The Property Management department has been established with the purpose of improving the management and prosperity of the holiday properties in the complex. This service is offered by our professional team in the field of Property Management under the name of Bulgaria Holidays Hotels & Resorts Chian, a company which has repeatedly demonstrated its experience in the field of Hospitality & Tourism in Bulgaria.

The properties of Pirin Golf & Country Club represent three residential districts – Downtown, Lake and Pirin. The allocation reminds of the typical structure of a town with its busy trading area and the different residential districts.
